Community Relations Assistant
The Community Relations Assistant supports The Be Kind People Project®’s mission to serve Arizona schools and youth by helping maintain meaningful and timely communication with the individuals and partners who make this impact possible. Working closely with the Chief Development Officer, this position plays an important role in ensuring accurate records, thoughtful acknowledgments, and consistent engagement with the community that supports BKPP’s programs for students, educators, and families. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about youth development, and excited to contribute to behind-the-scenes efforts that help bring kindness-focused education and resources to schools across Arizona.
Curriculum Developer
The School Curriculum Development Specialist Member will work directly with the National Manager of Creative Education Practices and Manager of Curriculum to plan, research, prepare, and provide academic, social and emotional, and wellness grade-specific lessons for K-8th grade students. This position will provide hands-on experience in a variety of learning methods for youth development and education excellence.
Family Events Coordinator
The Be Kind People Project® is seeking a dedicated and community-minded individual to serve as the Family Events Coordinator during the Fall 2025 AmeriCorps term. This position will support the planning, preparation, and execution of family- and community-centered events hosted at the Be Kind Community Education Center and off-site locations. The Family Events Coordinator will assist with logistics, set-up and tear-down, group facilitation, and engaging event participants in meaningful and inclusive programming. The member will also help with outreach and communication to ensure strong attendance and participation, and may assist in creating family-friendly activities, gathering feedback from attendees, and supporting follow-up engagement efforts. This role plays a vital part in advancing BKPP’s mission of kindness, education, and community involvement, helping to create welcoming, positive spaces where families can connect, learn, and thrive.
Graphic Design Team Member
The Be Kind People Project® is looking for an innovative, creative, and kind individual to work with the Graphic Design Team. The Graphic Design AmeriCorps Member will assist in the development of creative elements, worksheets, lessons, and graphic arts. This position will additionally develop new and productive ways to leverage the social and emotional learning model of The Be Kind People Project. This position will offer hands-on experience with photo editing, page and layout design, and digital production.
Research and Results Team Member
The Be Kind People Project® is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and kind individual to contribute to our School Research and Results Team. This individual will learn and develop new skills and gain experience with creating surveys, analyzing data, and using a variety of computer programs to apply to logic model and determine school outcomes. The Research and Results Member will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from the schools and students served by the AmeriCorps projects and will have the opportunity to take ownership of this project that is related to the field of educational/psychological research, results, and metrics.
School Engagement Specialist
The School Engagement Specialist will serve as a key member of The Be Kind People Project®’s AmeriCorps team by providing direct in-classroom support to K–8 students and teachers. This role focuses on fostering positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environments by reinforcing kindness-based practices and delivering social-emotional and academic support. The School Engagement Specialist will assist with classroom activities, facilitate small group learning, and build strong relationships with students and school staff to help meet classroom needs and enhance student success.
School Support Program Assistant
The School Support Program Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and implementation of The Be Kind People Project®’s programming in schools. This position will assist with building and maintaining relationships with school administrators, organizing and updating contact records, and helping to coordinate logistics and timelines for BE KIND School™ activities. The Program Assistant will help deliver meaningful, timely, and impactful programming that supports students, educators, and school communities across Arizona.
Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator will serve as a key part of BKPP’s program team during the 2025-2025 term. The Social Media Coordinator enhances the program’s visibility and engagement, helping to attract more supporters, volunteers, and beneficiaries. This position will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across multiple platforms in alignment with BKPP’s mission and branding. They will collaborate with program staff and AmeriCorps members to highlight school and community events, celebrate service milestones, and promote ongoing initiatives. This position offers opportunities to build skills in content strategy, analytics, and digital communications.
Volunteer and Recruitment Coordinator
The Volunteer and Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting The Be Kind People Project®’s engagement and event efforts, particularly in preparation for our annual Full Circle gala. This position will assist with recruiting, organizing, and communicating with volunteers to help ensure a smooth and successful experience for all involved. In addition to event support, the member may contribute to volunteer outreach, scheduling, training, and follow-up. This position may also include supporting other programs and initiatives as needed, furthering our mission to inspire kindness, community connection, and positive impact throughout Arizona.
