Hello everyone! Now that we’re a few months into the year, it’s time to start settling down and bringing stability into our new year routines. One great way to do this is through yoga! Practicing yoga is a fantastic way to move your body and feel better mentally and physically.

Starting something new can be intimidating. Luckily, phone apps can be great tools for beginners to get their foot in the door and practice on their own time.
