He is supportive and pushes me to be the best version of myself I can be. He reminds me to breathe, to slow down and just relax once in a while. He lets me know that taking a break is good and necessary.

    I could talk about mental health. I have been obsessed with mental health and becoming the best version of yourself since forever. I believe that everyone has the potential to be an authentic good person, and that one should treat themselves with the same, if not more, respect and admiration as they treat others. Do not let anyone take away your shine and make you feel you are not deserving of love. You must love yourself first before you can give love to others.
