The BE KIND Move Across America is the FIRST inclusive classroom fitness challenge in the nation that integrates academics with healthy habits and character education.
Encouraging Health Habits that Last a Lifetime
Applying evidence-based standards with academic enrichment
Forming enduring values through character education
Using the Healthy Habits Checklist, students learn to make healthy lifestyles choices by improving overall fitness, drinking plenty of water, eating fruits and vegetables, and being kind to themselves and others.
Over 150 lessons, projects, and activities are written to national academic, character education, and health standards to bring kindness into the classroom. Used throughout the program, national standards are conveniently included on every page so that you can adapt them to any curriculum, program, or state standard.
Using the principles of social and emotional learning, students are equipped with solid framework for decision-making and taking accountability for building respectful interpersonal relationship skills, improving academic results, and forming enduring values.
