Practicing mindfulness is key for recognizing your emotions and physical sensations. Often when we think of mindfulness, we think of meditating or taking a walk. However, we can also practice mindfulness when we’re eating! When you practice mindful eating, you’re taking the time to pay full attention to your cravings and physical cues when eating.
