At The Be Kind People Project®, we believe kindness is not passive—it’s an intentional decision that can be taught, practiced, and applied to create lifelong habits. We have many interactive programs that aim to create inclusive, supportive, and engaged learning communities, and one of our favorites is The Be Kind Academy™. The Be Kind Academy™ is a collection of classroom resources designed to provide teachers with additional opportunities to engage students in self-reflection, social awareness, and academic excellence. Recent studies emphasize the growing need for character education and social awareness as an integral part of education and the workforce. With rising concerns about mental health, bullying, and student disengagement, schools must address the “whole child” to foster both academic and personal growth. The Be Kind Academy™ aims to provide tools and frameworks to address these challenges proactively.
These videos are led by our amazing BE KIND CREW and help flesh out the nuances of The Pledge skills, give real-life examples of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and encourage students to be kind online. We’re proud to offer a combination of English, Spanish, and ASL videos to support your students.
